Cancellation Of Appointments Or ‘No Show’ Terms And Conditions
These cancellation terms and conditions (“Cancellation Policy”) are applicable to all services provided by The Bare Essentials to clients or customers (“Client”). By engaging in our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1.1. The Client must provide at least 12 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time for any cancellations or rescheduling.
1.2. Failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation fee as outlined in Section 2.
2.1. If the Client fails to provide the required cancellation notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service will be charged.
3.1. A “no-show” is defined as a Client who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice.
3.2. In the event of a no-show, a fee of 50% of the booked service will be charged to the Client.
4.1. Cancellation fees are non-refundable.
5.1. Provider understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In exceptional cases, Provider may waive the cancellation fee or work with the Client to reschedule.
6.1. All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be communicated to the Provider through phone call, text message or Facebook message.
7.1. Provider reserves the right to update and modify this Cancellation Policy at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to Clients in a timely manner.
8.1. By booking and receiving services from Provider, the Client acknowledges their understanding and agreement to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Cancellation Policy.
